Aboriginal Land Acknowledgement

Young Achievers Association (YAA) respectfully acknowledges that we operate on the traditional territories of many Indigenous Nations.
In the Greater Toronto Area, this includes the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples.

We recognize that this land is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples, and we are grateful for the opportunity to live, learn, and grow on this land.

As a youth-led organization, we are committed to fostering respect, inclusion, and awareness, and to supporting a future grounded in understanding, equity, and community.
